Responsible for managing and resolving deteriorating credit accounts within the SME / EBB portfolio, including Watch List, Impaired, and NPL accounts. The role focuses on preventing further credit deterioration, maximizing recovery, and minimizing bank credit losses through restructuring, legal actions, and asset/loan sales in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Account Management
Analyze borrower conditions and recommend appropriate recovery strategies (Watch List, Impaired, NPL).
Achieve recovery targets including cash collection, provision write-back, WO recovery, and NPL reduction.
Prepare account strategy proposals for Credit Committee approval (R&R, settlement, asset/loan sales, litigation).
Conduct joint handling and smooth account transfer with Business Units based on AQC recommendations.
Recovery & Legal Actions
Execute restructuring (R&R) and monitor post-restructuring performance.
Coordinate with Legal for pre- and post-litigation processes, including demand letters, auctions, PKPU/bankruptcy, and civil lawsuits.
Manage loan sale processes end-to-end and support audit responses related to handled accounts.
Stakeholder & Reporting
Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, borrowers, and external parties (lawyers, notaries, auctioneers, appraisers).
Provide accurate and timely reporting (weekly updates, AQ deck, Group R&R, RBB).
