Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze market information and data by continuously monitoring LNG market developments and communicating with potential buyers as directed by the supervisor. Support the development of marketing strategies for spot cargo sales and LNG marketing activities to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the overall marketing plan.
- Lead and coordinate internal communication with related departments to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across the Marketing and Sales Department in supporting LNG marketing activities and requirement of LNG sales implementation.
- Organize and facilitate communication with potential LNG buyers, including scheduling meetings and preparing tender documentation or Bilateral discussion. Support negotiation activities and ensure all communication and documentation processes run efficiently.
- Prepare regular commercial reports related to LNG sales and production as directed by the supervisor, ensuring DSLNG Management receives comprehensive and accurate information to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare relevant data and support information for LNG price under long-term Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and other contracts, ensuring negotiations achieve mutually agreed LNG pricing in accordance with DSLNG requirements and contractual terms.
- Prepare and analyze market data and strategic information to support LNG marketing initiatives beyond 2027, anticipating the expiration of current contracts in December 2027 and supporting future sales strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or Economics is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in commercial and operational related position within oil & gas industry.
Working Schedule & Point of Assignment:
- Normal working schedule (Work from Office & Work from Home available).
- Located at the Jakarta Office
