Oversee end-to-end TikTok live streaming operations, including content planning, scriptwriting, process control, and real-time audience interaction to achieve key performance metrics (e.g., viewership, conversion rate, GMV).
Plan and execute promotional activities (e.g., flash sales, giveaways, PK battles) to boost user engagement and drive purchase conversions.
Assist in the selection, training, and management of livestream hosts; enhance their presentation skills, product knowledge, and on-screen communication.
Coordinate with stream support roles such as moderators, assistants, and customer service to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of any issues during live sessions.
Monitor real-time livestream metrics (e.g., viewer count, engagement rate, order volume); adjust strategies dynamically (e.g., pacing, scripting, incentives) and conduct post-stream performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement pre-stream marketing strategies (e.g., short video traffic drivers, community promotions, KOL collaborations) to maximize initial stream traffic and continuously optimize ROI on promotional efforts.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; proficiency in English is required.
Fluent in English is a must. Mandarin is a plus.
Minimum 2 year of experience in livestream operations on TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia or other platforms, with a solid understanding of the full livestream workflow (from pre-launch to post-analysis).
Familiar with TikTok advertising tools (e.g., livestream promotion, DOU+), livestream features (e.g., product links, lucky draw, interactive comments), third-party tools (e.g., livestream control panel), as well as platform guidelines and local regulations.
Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to optimize livestream strategies based on performance metrics; strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage live session disruptions (e.g., equipment failure, traffic fluctuation).
