Livestream Operation

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute live streaming operation strategies across TikTok and e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia to improve GMV performance and audience engagement.
• Analyze live streaming performance data, traffic trends, conversion rates, and user behavior to provide actionable insights and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate closely with hosts, KOL teams, account managers, and clients to improve live content performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and optimize product assortment, promotional strategy, pricing, and stock availability during live sessions.
• Support end-to-end live campaign planning and execution, including scheduling, traffic strategy, and operational improvements.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on competitor analysis, market trends, and platform updates within the digital commerce industry.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients to achieve campaign KPIs and business targets.
• Prepare regular performance reports and business reviews for internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience interpreting performance metrics and business data.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and digital commerce ecosystem.
• Experience in handling livestream strategy, campaign operations, or e-commerce growth projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.
• Experience working in agency, creator management, or digital commerce service companies is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
