Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Live TikTok Specialist, based in Jakarta Barat. The role entails hosting live TikTok sessions to engage with audiences, create captivating content, and drive brand awareness. Responsibilities include collaborating with the content team to plan live sessions, interacting with viewers to build an engaging community, presenting products or services effectively, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance future sessions. The role also involves staying updated on TikTok trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and appealing to the target audience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a live audience on TikTok
• Content creation, live streaming, and creative storytelling skills
• Understanding of social media trends, especially on platforms like TikTok
• Ability to collaborate with teams and adapt to dynamic content needs
• Experience in digital marketing and audience engagement strategies is preferred
• Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing live session performance metrics
• A positive, energetic, and confident on-camera presence
