Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bekasi. As a Live Streamer, you will be responsible for planning and hosting engaging live sessions across various platforms. Youll interact with viewers in a fun, professional manner while showcasing products and building brand presence. The role also involves working closely with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging, creating video content, and handling basic editing for YouTube and other platforms. Youll continuously review audience feedback to improve the live streaming experience and drive better engagement.

Qualifications

• Confident on-camera presence with strong storytelling and audience engagement skills
• Experience in hosting live streams on platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram, or YouTube
• Strong understanding of content pacing, hook retention, and live interaction techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to naturally connect with diverse audiences
• Basic skills in video setup (lighting, framing, mic use) and familiar with live streaming tools/software
• Knowledge in digital marketing and conversion-driven content is a big plus
• Passion or experience in the beauty, fashion, or haircare industry
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of trend awareness and brand tone
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Communications, Marketing, Performing Arts, or related field is preferred (but not required)
