Requirements
- Has a minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
- Has knowledge in HACCP
- Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
