Litigation Specialist

Job descriptions:

• To assist Litigation Group Head and Litigation Division Head in provided Legal Opinion or handling cases.
• To make finalize drafting internal memo for management approval related to cases in Litigation Group.
• To make finalize draft of external letter for law institution.
• To make first draft Legal Opinion related to cases in Litigation Group
• To give legal advocacy for Business Unit as witness in Police Department and Court (Low Risk Cases)

Requirements:

• Law degree bachelor
• Min 3 years from relevant position in banking and finance practice
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Proficient in English
