The role

To build and maintain a high-quality, verified property inventory that is accurately priced, market-ready, and capable of converting into sales. This role focuses on sourcing direct listings from owners and developers, ensuring listing quality and compliance, and driving sales from your own verified inventory.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Source new property listings directly from owners or developers
  • Prioritize exclusive and high-quality listings that meet company verification standards
  • Verify ownership, pricing accuracy, legal status, and listing completeness before uploading
  • Maintain a healthy listing pipeline
  • Ensure all listings are market-ready, correctly priced, and available for viewings
  • Promote and convert sourced listings into sales
  • Manage negotiations and coordinate transactions until closing for your own listings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Popdeal), including owner follow-ups and listing status
  • Conduct regular owner or developer follow-ups to maintain listing availability and pricing accuracy
