Role Description

As a Life Planner at Manulife Indonesia, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families secure their financial future. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions from Manulifes range of life insurance products. This is a performance-based position with no fixed salary. You will earn income through commissions and performance-based bonuses from each policy you successfully sell. Flexible working hours allow you to operate either part-time or full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through various channels (networking, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis to determine suitable insurance solutions.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and ongoing client support.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of Manulife products and financial planning practices.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor&aposs degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
