Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malang for a Life Planner / Insurance Agent. The responsibilities of this role include identifying and providing tailored insurance solutions to clients, building long-term client relationships, advising clients on suitable insurance products based on their financial goals, and achieving specified sales targets. The incumbent will also work to ensure client satisfaction by offering follow-up services and assisting with policy management, while adhering to business and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Insurance and General Insurance sectors
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to drive client engagement and meet sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships
• Willingness to work on-site in Malang and meet with clients regularly
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively
• Previous experience in the financial or insurance industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
