Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malang for a Life Planner / Insurance Agent. The role involves assisting clients in identifying their financial and insurance needs, providing expert advice on AIA's insurance products, and helping customers choose suitable solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, explaining policy details, facilitating insurance claims, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Insurance and General Insurance
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to effectively present and promote products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
- High degree of professionalism and ethical conduct
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
