Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some flexibility for remote work. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling and providing life insurance solutions, conducting client needs assessments, and delivering personalized financial plans. Additional responsibilities include offering superior customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets through various channels such as direct consultations and partnerships with insurance brokers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance-related services
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and a solid understanding of insurance products
- Knowledge of Finance and financial planning principles
- Proficiency in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and its regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certifications in insurance or financial planning are a plus
