Customer Relation Staff

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relation Staff based in Setia Budi, Jakarta. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to address inquiries and concerns, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships to ensure customer retention. Additional tasks involve providing support services and ensuring a positive customer experience at all interaction points.

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
• Ability to problem-solve and handle challenging customer interactions effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site collaboratively with a dedicated team
• Prior experience in customer relations or a similar role is a plus
