Job Description Summary :
Managing library operations, handled internal design requests and report preparation, and coordinated employee competency development and training schedules.

Register, organize, and monitor the circulation of library collections.
Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the library environment.
Receive and process design requests from other departments.
Prepare and layout the Annual Progress Report and Annual Technical Report.
Compile and recap employee competency development data.
Develop competency fulfillment schedules.
Monitor the realization and implementation of training schedules.
Job Requirement :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Visual Communication Design, Educational Technology, or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of graphic design and programming is an advantage.
No prior experience necessary.
