Job Description

Job Description Summary :

Managing library operations, handled internal design requests and report preparation, and coordinated employee competency development and training schedules.

Job Description :

  • Register, organize, and monitor the circulation of library collections.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the library environment.

  • Receive and process design requests from other departments.

  • Prepare and layout the Annual Progress Report and Annual Technical Report.

  • Compile and recap employee competency development data.

  • Develop competency fulfillment schedules.

  • Monitor the realization and implementation of training schedules.

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Visual Communication Design, Educational Technology, or equivalent.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and programming is an advantage.

  • No prior experience necessary.
