What you will do
- Organized, managed, and ensure product idea, request, and product communication to Sales team.
- Monitor and ensure product set up and all marcom channels distributing promo communication both external and internal.
- Maintain product evaluation by identifying both achievements and pain points of all sales performance from all products.
- Game Changer for processes, approaches, and design of responsible product to achieve and over-deliver on targets.
- Identify product gaps and pain points in customer journey and collaborate with other division to turn those gaps and pain points into commercial product.
- Ensure the acceptance of product through review of training materials, design of marketing communications and visuals and accuracy of product.
We well come Talents with requirements:
- At least 4 years working experience in product planning, pricing and forecasting products and sales campaigns within financing or banking industry.
- Preferably has product knowledge around Lending product and business development mindset.
- Ability to analyze and report/communicate results together with root cause analysis and development of enhancements/corrective actions,
- Experienced and exposed with planning, pricing and forecasting products and sales campaigns and analysis of effectiveness/ROI for campaigns,
- Good presentation and communication skill in English both written and verbal,
- A Self-driven to get sourced and find opportunities and customer oriented,
- Comfortable to work in agile, dynamic, and high demand environment.
- Has exposure within Business Development and end-to-end Product Development activities within Lending or P2P environment would be a good advantage.
