Legal Trainee

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in Law (Fresh Graduates are welcome);

2. Maximum 2 years of experience in legal, corporate, or consulting fields is preferred;

3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Law and Regulations, familiarity with PT PMA registration, licensing, and corporate compliance is advantage;

4. Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills;

5. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English;

6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple task and deadlines;

7. Willingnes to work on-site in Gianyar, Bali, and travel as required;

8. Candidates domiciled in Bali will be priority.

9. Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.

Jobd Responsibilities:

• Supporting legal consultant to draft, archive, and manage legal document (agreements, contracts, deeds, powe of attorney, minutes of meetings);

Conduct research and analysis of the latest laws and regulations;

• Prepare regulatory summaries to support legal opinions or legal memoranda;
• Assist lawyers/consultants in preparing legal grounds for specific cases or transactions;

Monitor deadlines for permits, licenses, or clients legal documents;

• Assist in ensuring corporate/client compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

Serve as the first point of contact between clients and the legal consulting team;

• Prepare routine reports for clients or management regarding the progress of legal matters;
• Coordinate with partner litigators and external counsel when necessary.
