Job Description Summary :
Assisting the relevant Legal Expertise in the assigned functions (e.g. with corporate legal matters, operation legal matters, etc)
Job Description :
Prepare, review, and maintain all corporate legal documents for entities under Sinarmas Agribusiness (Upstream, Downstream, and project companies).
Manage and administer all corporate licenses and permits through the OSS system and other government platforms.
Draft, review, and finalize operational, commercial, and internal agreements (including loan, service, and intra-group arrangements) to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives.
Prepare, review, and manage documents related to mergers and acquisitions, land acquisitions, banking facilities, powers of attorney, corporate guarantees, and other corporate transactions.
Liaise with notaries, external counsel, and government institutions to support corporate actions, compliance, and legal formalities.
Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance policies while maintaining organized legal records and documentation.
Provide legal advice and support to management and business units, and participate in meetings related to assigned legal matters.
Support due diligence, corporate structuring, and other strategic legal initiatives as assigned.
