TRIVE, a subsidiary of Triputra Group, is visioned to contributing to Nation's Energy Sustainability for Better Tomorrow. Currently managing
four business units : PT Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM), PT Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST), PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABAS), and PT ATW Solar Indonesia.
Now, we are looking for Legal Specialist to grow with us by :
- Provide legal advice and support across a range of practice areas, including contracts, compliance, and corporate matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and legal instruments
- Assisting with investments, tenders, and other strategic initiatives
- Ensuring the company operates in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Mentoring and supporting junior legal professionals, if required
- Coordinate with third parties (notaries, legal advisers) if necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law with 3 years experience in related field
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, in energy related company preferred.
- Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to both operational and senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear and actionable guidance
- Demonstrated experience in working autonomously, as well as in a collaborative team environment
