Legal Specialist

Job Description:

• Draft, review, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of corporate legal documents, including commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documentation.
• Support corporate compliance activities, regulatory reporting, and the fulfillment of applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to business operations.
• Assist in litigation matters, dispute resolution processes, and legal case management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate legal risks across the organization.
• Liaise and coordinate with government authorities, notaries, external legal counsel, and other external stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
• Prepare and manage the submission of SIINAS, LKPM, and other mandatory regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Corporate Legal, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, including corporate law, contract law, labor law, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with corporate licensing, regulatory reporting, and government compliance requirements, including LKPM, SIINAS, OSS, and other relevant statutory filings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
