Job Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor company legal documents, agreements, permits, and corporate legal administration.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and other legal documents related to company operations.
- Ensure company compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Coordinate with notaries, legal consultants, government institutions, and external parties regarding legal and compliance matters.
- Handle company licensing processes including OSS, NIB, and other operational permits.
- Provide legal support and risk assessment to internal departments related to business operations.
- Handle end-to-end expatriate (WNA) work permit and visa processes including KITAS, RPTKA, IMTA, MERP, EPO, visa applications, and extensions.
- Coordinate with immigration offices, manpower departments, agencies, and related authorities regarding expatriate documentation and compliance.
- Monitor validity and renewal schedules of expatriate permits, visas, and company legal documents to ensure compliance.
- Prepare legal reports, maintain proper documentation records, and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting company operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, corporate legal, or immigration-related roles.
- Experienced in handling expatriate work permits and visa processes.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, corporate regulations, and immigration procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work from office in Tangerang.
