Handle and resolve legal issues, disputes, and potential legal risks arising from the company's business operations.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, coordinate litigation matters, and liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and law enforcement agencies when required.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, legal documents, and corporate policies to protect the company's legal interests.
Provide legal advice and practical solutions to management and business departments regarding corporate, employment, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Ensure the company's compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, including maintaining corporate licenses and legal documentation.
Support expatriate legal matters, including work permits, visas, KITAS, and other immigration-related requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.).
Must hold a valid Indonesian Advocate/Lawyer License (PERADI or other recognized Indonesian Bar Association) and be authorized to practice law.
Minimum 3 years of experience handling corporate legal matters, legal disputes, litigation, or representing companies in legal cases.
Proven experience attending court proceedings, managing litigation processes, and coordinating with external lawyers and government authorities.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, labor law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
