Provide legal assistance to Divisions/Departments in MPM-HO and OPCO, including: drafting/reviewing legal documents, discussions and negotiations with outside parties.
MPM Group liquidity readiness project loan agreement with banks.
Special Project
Coordination across OPCO and external counter party, Notary, Lawyer and Government Agencies on project basis.
Conduct in-house legal research and initial due diligence (if needed).
Implement and maintain MPM Group&aposs corporate actions so that they are carried out on time and always within the legal corridor.
Resolve any legal issues in the context of their responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university.
Min. 3 years experience in the similar function.
Analytical thinking, critical, wide knowledge, good communication.
Having the ability in reviewing and drafting legal documents including agreements, power of attorney and circular decisions of shareholders/Directors/Board of Commissioners.
