Job Summary
Provide legal support through agreement review, corporate actions, legal advisory, and dispute management to ensure business activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Job Description
- Review and draft agreements with vendors and other business partners, ensuring key terms are properly addressed and aligned with the company's interests while ensuring company's compliance with laws .
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of corporate actions, including company establishment, closure, and other corporate matters in collaboration with notaries and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide legal advice on business activities, contracts, binding letters, corporate actions, and the legal implications of internal policies, systems, and procedures.
- Prepare legal opinions and recommendations on legal cases and disputes, including coordination with external lawyers to determine appropriate resolution strategies.
- Identify potential legal risks in business activities and agreements and provide recommendations to minimize exposure and protect the company's interests.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, notaries, external lawyers, and relevant parties to ensure timely and effective execution of legal matters.
- Support legal projects, process improvements, and other departmental initiatives, as well as perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related legal field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in legal advisory, corporate legal, or related legal functions.
- Strong experience in legal advisory, agreement review, business law, corporate agreements, and trade agreements.
- Knowledge of trademark, copyright, and intellectual property matters, including trademark infringement.
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills, with the ability to provide practical legal advice aligned with business needs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, agile, and able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, notaries, and external legal counsel.
