Job Description

Manage non-tax cases including commercial disputes, land disputes, trademark, criminal cases, fraud, etc.
Represent the company in courts (requires advocate license).
Set tone, boundaries, and strategies for negotiation processes.
Identify and remove obstacles in legal matters.
Negotiate complex issues involving multiple stakeholders and secure buy-in from all parties.
Apply in-depth technical knowledge in law to manage and resolve legal cases effectively.
Maintain oversight of all cases and deadlines within the group.
Use integrated analytical approaches to resolve issues and allocate necessary resources.
Provide technical guidance on lawsuits to strengthen company arguments and assess impacts.
Participate in corporate discussions to evaluate risks and exposures.
Develop and implement high standards and procedures for complex commercial case management.
Formulate strategies for efficient and effective problem-solving in legal cases.
