Manage, review, and update agreements, and legal documentation related to business operations
Develop, review, and update internal legal and business policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and support effective legal operations.
Monitor, review, and analyze applicable laws and regulations, identify the Company's legal obligations, and assess the level of compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and monitor follow-up actions to ensure timely compliance, and verify evidence of compliance.
Manage, review, documentation updates, and ensure implementation of action plan regarding Personal Data Protection management cycle
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations; knowledge of Personal Data Protection regulations will be considered an advantage.
Capable of analyzing new regulations and assessing their impact on the multifinance industry, including ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
Proficient in legal research, legal drafting, and document review.
Solid knowledge of Indonesian contract law.
Will assist and support contractual matters during acquisition processes in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
Prior exposure to or knowledge of the multifinance industry is a plus.
