At Rocketindo, we move fast and we need a legal team that moves just as smart. As we scale across brands, markets, and partnerships, we're looking for a Legal Manager who can protect the business while enabling growth.

This is not just a compliance role. You'll work closely with leadership to navigate contracts, mitigate risks, support strategic deals, and ensure Rocketindo stays legally strong and future-ready.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage all legal matters across the company, including commercial, corporate, employment, and IP law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and clients.
• Advise management on legal risks, business structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor legal and compliance issues that may impact business operations and proactively suggest solutions.
• Ensure corporate governance, licenses, and company documents are up to date and aligned with local laws.
• Support internal functions (Finance, HR, BD, Ops) with legal guidance and issue resolution.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary, ensuring efficient and cost-effective outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Legal Foundation

Licensed law degree with 3+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law (in-house or law firm)

• Contract & Negotiation Skills

Comfortable leading contract reviews and negotiations across diverse stakeholders

• Regulatory Awareness

Up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian laws, including employment and e-commerce regulations

• Independent & Reliable

Can work with minimal supervision, prioritize well, and take full ownership of legal matters

• Clear Communication

Able to explain complex legal concepts in simple, actionable terms
