Hi Fresh Graduates & Final Year University Students!

TRIVE, a subsidiary of Triputra Group, is visioned to contributing to Nation's Energy Sustainability for Better Tomorrow. Currently managing four business units : PT Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM), PT Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST), PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABAS), and PT ATW Solar Indonesia.

We are looking for Legal Intern that will grow with us by :

• Conduct research on regulations related to business activities and new regulations that impact business activities
• Provide a review of regulations related to the licensing process owned or required by Triputra Visi Energi
• Reviewing/drafting standard agreements that are routinely made by the company
• Conduct KYC review of vendor/supplier/customer legality data
• Manage legal database input
• Coordinate with third parties (notaries, legal advisers) if necessary
  
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduate/last year student from law major
• Having experience in drafting agreement/writing legal research and participating in national/international competitions
• Fast respond, good attention to detail skill, and discipline
