Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on various topics to support informed decision-making.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with policy policies, relevant laws, and industry standards.
Assist in preparing legal opinions and memorandum, to address specific legal issues.
Assist in maintaining company records and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
Stay up-to-date with updates in laws and regulations relevant to fintech industry.

Requirements

Undergraduate students, preferably in last semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Law major.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong interest in data protection, privacy law, and compliance.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Has strong organizational skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
