What will you do:
- Assisting/Conducting legal research and analysis to support the development and implementation of legal strategies
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Evaluate research methodology and key data to ensure accuracy
- Execute online and offline documents or agreements signing to BOD and other Head of Divisions.
What will you need:
- Last Semester or Bachelor&aposs degree in Law
- Domiciled in the Jabodetabek area is preferred
- Proficient in English both writing and reading
- Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide clear and effective legal advice and interact with internal stakeholders and legal department members;
- Has approachable personality;
- Has the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Has high enthusiasm for learning to review and drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents;
- Has high enthusiasm to conduct research, analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and is eager to deep dive knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, with a focus on corporate, commercial, and technology law;
- Upholds to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity and accountability;
