Responsibilities :
Assist the Legal Manager in reviewing and drafting contracts used across the business
(talent, creators, brands, vendors, etc.).
Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to support
day-to-day needs.
Help maintain organized legal files, contract folders, trackers, and documentation.
Support basic compliance activities and help ensure internal processes follow
company policies.
Handle general administrative tasks related to legal matters (scheduling, document
preparation, filing).
Coordinate with internal teams (Talent, Sales, Finance, Production) to ensure documents
are completed and processed smoothly.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Law (minimum 1 year of relevant working experience).
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrates excellent proficiency and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of contract drafting and review.
Ability to liaise with internal teams (Talent, Sales, Finance, Production) to provide legal
support and ensure compliance.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and propose practical solutions.
Ability to manage multiple cases, contracts, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience handling corporate documents, including AoA, board resolutions, permits,
and compliance reporting (preferred).
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal
