Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Legal Executive to join our corporate legal team. The ideal candidate will support various legal and compliance activities, including contract management, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial tasks. This role is perfect for a recent law graduate or someone with limited experience looking to grow in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on Indonesian regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards, and summarize findings for internal use.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Prepare final documents with accuracy, including licensing and corporate secretarial matters.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts, including monitoring legal developments and ensuring adherence to applicable laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal inquiries and compliance concerns.
- Manage legal document filing and administration, including physical and digital filing, tracking renewals, and monitoring expiry dates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- 1 year of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
