Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, etc.
• Handle regulatory and licensing matters, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities (e.g., OJK, BI, KOMINFO).
• Conduct legal risk analysis and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
• Support internal stakeholders with legal interpretations and implications of strategic decisions.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Ensure up-to-date compliance with changes in legislation relevant to the business.
• Assist with dispute resolution, handling of complaints, and litigation processes when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal documents and contracts.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
• Licensed Advocate is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, or Legal Associatepreferably in the Fintech, Banking, or Corporate sector.
• Solid knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent legal analytical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
