Here&aposs a general job scope

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents & contracts
• Negotiate settlement terms
• Calculate potential business risks
• Dispute and Litigation. Guide management through litigation processes when required

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor in Law
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience
• Billingual in Bahasa(fluent) and Mandarin (to communicate with China counterpart)
• Strong understanding of corporate law and legal defense strategies
• Crisis management experience
• Critical thinking and multitasking abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
