Legal Corporate, Asset, and Investment Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• Handling Compliance & Litigation, Commercial Contracts & Corporate, Asset and Investment matters
• Manage all company legal documents (company's deed and operational permits)
• Assist in the process of handling compliance & litigation, commercial contracts & corporate, asset & investment and intellectual property of all company
• Contract Drafting & review
• Prepare and review cooperation documents, contracts, MOUs, etc and the cooperation to be carried out in accordance with management approval
• Create and manage legal incoming and outgoing letters required by the company
• Coordinate with all departments for legal documents required for company operations and assist in the process of applying for permits required by the company
• Liaise with relevant agencies/officials to coordinate company interests
• Support in project negotiations andp roviding legal advice related to cooperation projects

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Experience in legal minimum 5 years
• Familiar in law/legal knowledge related with corporate law, contract management and negotiations, licensing, also preferably having an experience in litigation
• Familiar with Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English is a must
