Job Description:
Preparing, making, and reviewing documents related to the Company's corporate actions such as the establishment of PT, amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, and changes to the Company's data.
Monitoring licensing of the Company and its subsidiaries
Making internal memos to units/inter-sections related to corporate actions carried out by the Company
Administering the Company's documents, including copies, scans and storage of the Company's original documents
Make and process payments for all costs / invoices incurred related to the Company's corporate actions
