Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from Law
  • Have 5 years of experience as a Legal Coordinator or have worked in a Notary Office
  • Have good communication skills
  • Placement in Kelapa Gading

Job Description:

  • Preparing, making, and reviewing documents related to the Company's corporate actions such as the establishment of PT, amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, and changes to the Company's data.
  • Monitoring licensing of the Company and its subsidiaries
  • Making internal memos to units/inter-sections related to corporate actions carried out by the Company
  • Administering the Company's documents, including copies, scans and storage of the Company's original documents
  • Make and process payments for all costs / invoices incurred related to the Company's corporate actions
  • Prepare the Company's monthly report
