Legal Associate Risk Management
The successful candidate will support client engagements across various practice areas, deliver highquality legal advisory work, and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams within KPMG.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and drafting agreements, NDA, LoA, MoU, policies, and any corporate legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research, draft the legal memo, presentation, opinions, and other legal documents.
- Support advisory projects on corporate/commercial law, regulatory compliance, labor law, data privacy, and other relevant areas.
- Support due diligence exercises for related corporate projects or compliance projects.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to coordinate the commercial contract closure and compliance.
- Monitor regulatory changes and prepare updates or briefings for internal and/or client use.
- Ensure work is delivered in accordance with KPMG standards of quality, ethics, and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law (SH).
- 12 years of experience in law firms, consulting firms, or inhouse legal departments.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate/commercial law; familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.
- Excellent legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with legal research tools is a plus.
