We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal & Compliance Staff to support our legal operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role will play a key part in managing legal documentation, supporting corporate governance, and monitoring regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a concentration in Business Law.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in legal and/or compliance functions. Experience in a public/listed company is a plus.
- Strong ability to organize and manage legal documents in a structured manner.
- Basic understanding of legal research and regulatory monitoring.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop legal and regulatory knowledge.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to seek guidance and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Organize, secure, and maintain company legal documents (agreements, licenses, corporate documents, and internal policies) in a systematic and up-to-date filing system.
- Review agreements and prepare legal documents related to corporate operations in accordance with internal templates and guidelines.
- Conduct basic legal and regulatory research, monitor updates to relevant laws and regulations, and summarize key changes for reporting purposes.
- Monitor the fulfillment of company licensing obligations (including LKPM and other operational permits) and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely submissions.
- Support Corporate Secretary functions, including preparing reports for regulators, organizing documents for RUPS, and maintaining good corporate governance documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance processes are aligned with company standards.
