Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive at Skandara Retail in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for commercial leasing, lease negotiations, lease administration, managing leases, and conducting market research.

Qualifications

• Having experience in managing leases and conducting market research is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local commercial real estate and retail trend
