  • Identify Training needs, working closely with Partners
  • Create Training Need Analysis (TNA)
  • Deliver training for Operational employees and Head Office employee
  • Design and make the training/syllabus/curriculum program
  • On-field training or observation
  • Evaluate until/on Level 3 (behavior)
  • Develop Talent Employee

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major with min. GPA 3.00
  • Minimum have 2 years of experience as a L&D in Retail Fashion / Apparel industry
  • Experienced in TNA, making module training, delivering training & doing an evaluation of Training (level 3)
  • Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
  • Willing to do business trips (frequently)
