Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and managing sales training programs or related roles in learning and development.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning content creation tools.
Proven ability to design engaging sales training materials, including interactive modules, videos, and simulations.
Ability to evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Experience working with sales teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to develop relevant training content.
Job Description:
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate training programs, including uploading content (materials, videos, courses), creating curriculum and training content module, and providing reports as needed.
Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) about content, learning strategies, and material substance.
Collaborate with trainers to develop activities and e-Learning content.
Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) about content, learning strategies, and material substance.
Develop and design engaging learning materials, review educational content, and incorporate current technology to create interactive eLearning content.
Create interactive Learning materials, including animations and videos.
Evaluate and improve current learning programs and strategies through questionnaires and stakeholder discussions.
Support the deployment of learning programs by uploading and updating courseware and training assignments on the LMS.
Work with Learning Designers to support eLearning content development.
Educate users on LMS best practices and maximize the use of learning objects.
