PERSOL is currently assisting our client from Holding (Manufacture) company who is looking for Learning & Development Team Leader to be placed in Sidoarjo - East java, with responsibility of overseeing the planning, development, coordination, and execution of internal training and development programs within the organization's HR Academy. This role ensures learning initiatives align with strategic business goals, builds capability across departments, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage the HR Academy team, including trainers, coordinators, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement the HR Academy's annual strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify current and future training needs.
Program Development
- Design and oversee the delivery of training and development programs, workshops, and learning paths.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure programs comply with industry standards and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with department heads to understand learning needs across functions.
- Coordinate with external training providers and consultants where necessary.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between HR, operations, and leadership teams.
Team Management
- Supervise and support the development of HR Academy staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Encourage innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
Reporting & Budgeting
- Monitor and report on training KPIs, ROI, and other performance indicators.
- Prepare and manage the HR Academy budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Professional certifications in HR or L&D (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP, or similar) are an advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, HR Academy, Training, or similar roles in Holding / Retail and Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in managing a team and leading training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
