As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating, implementing, and overseeing learning and development programs within our organization. You will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, design curriculum, and facilitate engaging learning experiences for our employees. Your focus will be on enhancing individual and organizational performance through continuous learning initiatives.
Job Description
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, the department head, and the regional team to align training programs with strategic goals.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources.
- Ensure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts or external trainers as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, with a strong track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, and learning technologies
- Proven ability to design and implement diverse learning approaches, including classroom, e-learning, virtual, and blended formats
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Demonstrates a strong AI-driven mindset by proactively exploring and leveraging AI tools to enhance learning design, optimize processes, and improve the overall effectiveness of L&D initiatives
