Support the end-to-end coordination of L&D programmes and events, including training execution (pre-training, during training, and post-training)
Assist in designing and developing learning materials (e.g. case studies, slides, visuals, and e-learning content)
Manage day-to-day administration of the Learning Portal and Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolment, attendance, and course content upkeep
Craft newsletters and maintain communication channels with programme participants through different engagement touchpoints
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on the effectiveness and impact of both training and e-learning courses using surveys, assessments, and learning analytics
Manage other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology or related fields
Strong communication, project management and interpersonal skills
Fast learner with a strong learning mindset.
Detail-oriented, well-organised, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Canva), e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Learning Management Systems) copywriting, or storyboarding is a plus (training will be provided)
