Responsibilities
- Training and Development :
- Certified planning and Roll out
- Execute Certified agenda but not limited to DSC Learning Program as per plan
- Monitor and update Local Initiative agenda related to sector and function
- Planning Local Initiative Agenda and provide any tools available
- Execute Local Initiative Agenda and align with respective parties for successful roll out
- Gather training need of Employees by any tools available
- Record and measure training effectiveness
- Support for special project for development
- Ensure all schedule training programs executed with high quality
- Employee Training record both FTE and third parties contractors
- Training Effectiveness: ensure completion of Training Effectiveness Record, Training Evaluation and Pre-Post test as required
- Reporting and Records: regularly record data related to training activities that enable DHL to have an accurate report of training activity.
- Budgets: up date the Training costs to meet budget requirements and seek opportunities to support savings.
- Training Policy Development: ensure its implementation
- Alignment with Talent Development program
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, Social Background
- Experience 3 years in same position
- English Fluently is a must
- Have Experience deliver training, facilitating
- Have knowledge in training matrix, skill matrix, training program creation
- Willing to mobile
- Have strong passion in communication and persuade
