Job Description

Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Assess organizational training and development needs through surveys and interview
  • ⁠ ⁠Design and deliver effective learning programs such as technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training for Blue Collar team
  • ⁠ ⁠Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • ⁠ ⁠Monitor industry trends and bring innovative learning strategies into the organization.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • ⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in L&D, HR, or organizational development
  • ⁠ ⁠Proven experience designing and implementing corporate training programs

Skills & Competencies

  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating learning impact.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Experience with google workspace such as Gshet, Gslide, Gdocs, etc.
