Job Description

• Managing the end to end learning development process for operation team :
• Creating the learning development strategy and TNA based on business need / strategy or commercial strategy
• Evaluate the training implementation until the impact level

Job Requirements

• Min Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Training & Development for corporate & store team is required for this position.
• Has experience in delivering training for Commercial team.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Willing to be placed in Harco Mangga Dua, North Jakarta &/ Landmark Pluit and mobile
