What You Will Experience:

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Academy and learning programs.
Develop, update, and manage training materials, modules, learning objectives, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal trainers, external facilitators, HR partners, and business units to ensure smooth program delivery.
Manage training administration, including participant data, scheduling, attendance tracking, and training logistics.
Monitor training implementation and prepare reports, evaluations, and followup documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to learning content, delivery methods, and learning systems (Ad Hoc Project)
Assist in the implementation of digital learning and learning innovation initiatives when required.

What is Required:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Engineering, Education,
4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Academy functions.
Strong understanding of the learning cycle (Training Needs Analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation); able to develop training modules, materials
Detail-oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently
Willing to be based in Serpong Area.
