This role will play a strategic HR Business Partner for LI Ops., R&D and SCM in Indonesia country
The role will be accountable for contributing to business performance by providing strategic consulting on people strategies, organization design, performance management, organizational culture, employee engagement, and critical labor relations to the appointed plants
Responsibilities
Serving as a strategic business partner and advisor on people strategies that align with the business objectives, driving change management initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness to align with LIXIL International Operations/R&D/SCM Strategy
Proactively formulating comprehensive HR solutions based on plants/functions goals, challenges, and in-depth analysis of the root causes, getting buy-in from key business stakeholders, implementing, and quickly adjusting to effectively achieve the goals
Drive HR Excellence to become an admired HR function that creates a meaningful employee experience to ensure an engaged & sustainable workforce powered by attraction, performance, retention, and development
Integrated HR (and enterprise) platform and databases powered by dynamic data analytics to provide workforce insights and manage HC, AOP budget, and cost-smart
Grow organizational and people capabilities to turn into a learning culture that enables the growth of employees and the business, consult with, and work closely with the plant/function leaders to build organizational capability and talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs
Drive high standards of performance management to improve individual performance and create a performance-driven culture to contribute to the plant productivity
Ensure a fully compliance working culture and guide the team to manage the plant administration responsibilities including but not limited to all admin vendor management, admin cost management, employee plant admin experience, etc.
Willing to challenge the status quo and open to accepting stretched assignments
Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in HRBP under a multinational company, an operational environment is a plus.
With 5 years of working experience in a leadership role.
Bachelors Degree or above, with a major in HR, Administration, Finance, or related
High integrity and strictly follow LIXIL compliance requirements, work with LIXIL values and behaviors
Strong leadership to influence diversified internal clients
Good planning skills are required to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in business requirements in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and negotiation skills are required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of parties from internal and external
